About

Welcome to the Pimmit Hills neighborhood located in Falls Church, Virginia. Founded in May 1950, Pimmit Hills is one of the oldest and largest communities in Fairfax County. Our 1,642+ homes amidst beautiful mature trees have an ideal location bordered by the Beltway, Route 7 and Route 123 near McLean, VA and Tyson’s Corner.

Our main ebsite is: http://www.pimmithills.org/index.html.

The Pimmit Hills Citizens Association (PHCA) was formed when the community started and consists of any homeowner or renter living in Pimmit Hills. We are not a Homeowners association but a CITIZENS association so we don’t impose any restrictions besides Fairfax County regulations.

Our yearly voluntary membership dues are only $20. The dues help pay for PHCA events throughout the year plus occasional Pimmit Hills Dispatch newsletters mailed to every home as well as our community website.

The PHCA Community Meetings are held at the Pimmit Hills High School on Lisle Avenue. The meetings start at 7:30 pm and both homeowners and renters are welcome to attend. Upcoming meeting schedule:

  • September 7, 2010: PHCA Community Meeting
